Professional Biography
Najah Roberts, the "Queen of Crypto", is a speaker, author, and one of the nation’s leading voices for Black FinTech inclusion and adoption, women’s empowerment, and economic equality in underserved communities. As the founder of Crypto Blockchain Plug, Najah is the first Black woman to own a crypto exchange in the U.S.
With over 13 years experience in traditional finance, Najah witnessed firsthand how limited access, bias, and a lack of culturally relevant tools left too many people behind. After discovering cryptocurrency and Web3, she saw an opportunity to empower others with the knowledge and access to change their financial trajectory.
Her influence grew on platforms like Clubhouse, where she co-founded one of the largest Black Crypto groups and helped over 130,000 members navigate digital finance. She went on to found innovative initiatives like The Digital Financial Revolution Tour, the first nationwide FinTech literacy tour focused on educating inner cities, and Crypto Kids Camp, a FinTech literacy day camp program for children 5-17. Najah's mission has always been the same: to give people the tools they need to create lasting economic change.
In addition to creating culture-forward programs, Najah is known for her passionate and transparent keynote talks that educate and empower audiences globally. She has shared her digital asset expertise as a guest analyst on national media ( NBC, MSNBC, Fox Soul ), and as a keynote speaker for conferences, panels, and events. You can tune-in to Najah weekly on her show 'Ahead of the Crypto Curve' on Tavis Smiley’s KBLA 1580 Talk Radio in Los Angeles.
